TOUR GREECE (CRETE, PATRA, THESSALONIKI 2026)

Following its acclaimed Athens premiere, The Two-Character Play embarks on a tour across selected venues in Greece under the auspices of the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy – USA. Directed by Nana Papadaki, the production brings Tennessee Williams’ rare theatrical masterpiece to audiences across the country through a contemporary staging that explores the fragile boundaries between theatre and life, fiction and reality, and performance as an existential act. The tour reflects Maldoror’s commitment to presenting major works of world dramatic literature through contemporary theatrical language, extending artistic dialogue beyond the capital while deepening the company’s ongoing research into memory, performativity, and the relationship between theatrical language and human experience.
